Q. What is The Goddess Integration System?
A. GIS is our non-surgical hair replacement innovation that uses a very sleek, small
integration piece that blends with your existing hair and is attached underneath with tiny rings. The piece is a high end monofiliment, so you can see a part, and when you scratch your head you can feel your scalp.

Q. Do I take this on and off at night?
A. No, the rings grip the piece to your hair tightly with silicon lined rings that can only be adjusted by Goddess. You can swim, shower, waterski, anything rigirous, and the integration will not come off

Q. Is this Real Human Hair?
A. Our systems use only beautiful quality cuticle human hair matched exactly
to your own. This hair can be permed, colored, washed, flat ironed, and will stay beautiful for up to one year.

Q. How Often Will I Need to Come in to Maintain my System?
A. Clients come in for tightening appointments every 3-4 weeks

Q. Due to my condition my hair is fragile, will it withstand the weight of the piece?
A. Always consult your Doctor first, but in our experience, we ensure that the weight of the piece is evenly dfistributed and attached to small groups of your own hair in enough numbers so that damage doesn't occur. If you do not have enough hair to attach to, we will then recommend the Goddess Lacefront system

Q. Will this look fake or like a wig?

Q. What is The Goddess Lacefront System?

A. GLS is our non-surgical adhesive based hair replacement service for clients who have little to no hair on their heads, want to try a different texture or length of hair without chemically treating their hair, or for clients otherwise too thin for extensions or integrations. This system uses a partial or full 'lace' wig, that once attached, looks as though it's growing directly from your scalp.

Q. Do I take this on and off at night?
A. No,the adhesive is waterproof and adheres all the way around your hairline, and requires a special solvent to remove. . You can swim, shower, waterski, anything rigirous, and the integration will not come off.

Many clients come to us hoping that hair extensions can be an answer to the hair loss they re experienceing from genetics, alopecia, chemotherapy and other medical conditions. We soon realized that the options available for hair replacement are slim to none, and many include scams, and hair loss "cures" that don't work. Rather than a 'one size fits all" methodology, Goddess gives each person options that bests fits his/her lifestyle. 1. The Goddess Integration System uses tiny nickel alloy rings to hold a small hair system piece in place which is then cut and blended perfectly with your own hair. We create custom pieces that last a year or more, and consult with you to ensure an EXACT texture match. 2. The Goddess Lacefront System is for clients that do not have enough hair on the top of their heads for the integration system to look natural (typically men with male pattern baldness, or women with shaved heads due to chemo or severe alopecia. The lacefront system uses a heavyweight, non-toxic adhesive that glues the piece in place for up to 30 days at a time. The adhesive is glued either partially or totally, and after 24 hours, hair can be brushed normally and even put into a pony tail!

If you file an insurance claim for reimbursement for a "wig" instead of a "cranial hair prosthesis" you will very likely be turned down?Most insurance companies cover between 80 to 100% of a cranial prosthesis?
Insurance Companies are realizing your cranial hair prosthesis are more and more a necessity for those recovering from Alopecia and cancer treatments.Follow some simple guidelines to assure coverage, when it is available
through your insurance company.Your physician should be able to supply all the details and make the referral for the purchase of your "hair prosthesis". Ask your physician to write a prescription for a "cranial prosthesis".
When receiving your hair prosthesis, have your stylist complete an invoice for a "cranial hair prosthesis"--NOT a "wig"--and use the following guidelines for filing an insurance claim: CHECK the benefits of your insurance. There should be a section under "covered expenses" relating to prostheses, prosthetic devices or medical durable equipment. Most companies don't spell out exclusions so pay attention to the actual coverage. this will help your case.Make sure to complete the insurance form and have it signed by your physician.REQUEST that your physician write a "prescription" for a "full cranial prosthesis" (not a wig) and a letter explaining hair loss and its effects. That it isn't just for cosmetic reasons but for emotional
well-being as well.Keep copies of your sales or invoices for your cranial prosthesis. (Portions of unpaid items by insurance are tax deductible.)ENCLOSE a letter to the insurance company stating the necessity of a prosthesis.Some optional suggestions are: include a letter from your employer,take pictures of yourself without hair,hand write a letter detailing the emotional effects that your condition has had on your life,bring a copy of your prescription and paid bill to the American Cancer Society for partial reimbursement.If your insurance coverage is denied, you can appeal it by:a. asking for review by a medical review board, include the original claimb. asking for a written reply as to why the claim was denied. c. sending a letter to the claims department supervisor. These steps are for reference. Remember to follow the procedures outlined by your insurance company to receive the fullest benefits possible. Most companies cover between 80 to 100%. Individual insurance
companies as well as the state insurance board (each state varies) may have other or additional steps to complete.
